We have several friends and family that have recently built new homes and couldn't believe the difficulties that everyone of them had, so we were somewhat apprehensive to build. We hit the jackpot when we found Big Springs Construction!

We can not thank Brett and his wife Rani enough for their patience, expertise and professionalism during our building process! Brett's character and integrity are to be commended. We felt like we were family the way we were treated, and with all the custom features [we had] the feeling that Brett truly wanted us to be happy.

Brett always put my mind at ease with my many questions during the build process and was happy to meet with us to make sure all of our questions were answered. Brett's sub-contractors were all excellent, took pride in their work and each one of them had nothing but wonderful things to say about Big Springs Construction! The quality and added touches/features that Brett puts in his homes are amazing.

Even before I would call to mention a small concern regarding one of our hallways during the building process, Brett was already calling me and [offering] options to improve the configuration! Brett and Rani listened and were able to explain why they recommended certain options, always keeping our budget in mind which really helped.

Brett is highly organized and does his best to keep to a tight schedule. Rani is extremely knowledgeable with home decor/design. She was patient and kind with me, even when it would take me awhile to make a decision. We truly love our home and are so happy we were fortunate enough to have worked with Big Springs Construction.

I am a real estate agent and am quite busy at this time, so you know if I take the time out to write a review about a builder, it is because they are excellent. Big Springs is an amazing builder with amazing employees. Their family touch to the whole experience was impressive!

I have worked in the real estate market in the Treasure Valley for many, many years, have lived here for most of my life and have built several homes here. The quality of their building work shows throughout, and they use very high quality products. The attention to detail showed throughout.

For instance, one of the Pottery Barn mirrors broke while in shipping; we were notified and a replacement was installed before my clients even moved in. Any small concerns my clients had were addressed quickly and in a timely fashion, and a lot of items were taken care of before they were even pointed out. There were only a few, small items listed on the inspection report (which is rare), and they were all taken care of quickly.

Brandon and I went out to the house yesterday for the first time in a week, and WOW!!! It is beautiful, and I love everything about it. I just have to say that you are hands down the best builder in the valley. I have no doubt in my mind that our home would not be nearly what it is if we had gone anywhere else.

You have been so wonderful about helping us through this whole process. You made us feel important and cared for, and I have never questioned whether or not we were in good hands. Brett Aeschbacher with Big Springs Construction was recommended to us by an industry veteran when we were unexpectedly in need of a home builder. It was a very stressful time as a property of ours had been completely destroyed by a massive fire, and we needed to not only build, but demo and remove the existing structure. Upon meeting Brett for the first time, we immediately felt at ease and recognized his honesty, professionalism and knowledge as he told us about himself, his experience and 'the way he does business.' It was obvious that the build would be a very collaborative process and he made it a point to really listen to our needs while at the same time offering helpful suggestions we might consider. He was instrumental in helping us to come up with a great floor plan that worked for us and our budget, and we were very pleased as we found out about all the numerous items and features that come standard with his builds (that I would expect to be upgrades).

Brett is a very organized and hands-on builder. We were in constant communication throughout the build job, and he was always open and willing to explain things, review options and go over any number of details that came up during the job. He remained right on schedule (even ended up ahead of schedule by almost 2 weeks!), and when a few issues came up where a supplier could not provide what we had selected, he was quick to work with his sub-contractors to remedy the situation and accommodate us.

His sub-contractors were a pleasure to work with, and it is apparent that Brett’s reputation in the industry is stellar! The workmanship on the house was second to none. It is a darling home with delightful details and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

We found working with Brett and all of the sub-contractors to be a very positive and satisfying experience. We would not hesitate to build another home with Brett and would recommend him to anyone looking to build with an experienced, knowledgeable, professional, reliable and honest builder.

Our current house is not the first one we have built, so we do have experience with the construction process. We had not met Brett beforehand nor had any previous dealings with Big Springs Construction prior to our construction, so we're unbiased in our opinion.

Every aspect of the building process from our first meeting to completion was exceptionally professional with attention to detail over and beyond our expectations. We were regularly contacted either by email or phone anytime there were questions regarding the plan or ideas to improve or confirm our choices. We were given a schedule and all work was completed on time and of the highest quality.

Brett and Rani were prompt to each of our scheduled meetings. They guided our choices with suggestions after listening with total attention to what we had in mind. All our questions were answered promptly with graciousness and expertise. We have complete confidence in recommending Big Springs Construction for anyone considering home construction or remodel.

We couldn’t have had a better experience building our first custom home. Big Springs Construction allowed us to work first hand and communicate directly with the builder in every step of the process. We were naturally concerned over how much stress building a home can cause. Never once did we have any concerns or issues. All of our many 'first time home builder' questions were thoroughly answered with detail and importance.

We would like to say that Brett of Big Springs Construction is the best builder we have worked with. This is our fourth home, third “new build”. We have never had such a smooth and organized construction. When Brett gives you a schedule he sticks with it. He (and his wife Rani) are helpful, kind and professional. They are not afraid to give an opinion, which is usually better then what you chose, and are great at working with you and your ideas.

Brett has put so many nuances in his build and such nice touches that every day we find things that please and impress us. His work resembles more of a craftsman than just a builder. Actually the best thing we can say about Brett is that we feel he built our house as if he were building it for himself and his family. We have no problem recommending him and his company, and we have many times.
